Introduction of CB Certification
CB certification is based on IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission, with its ambition is “one test, applicable in multi-areas” to promote international trade.
CB system (IEC system of qualification test and certification on electrical producs) is one of the international system of IECEE operation.
IECEE is the abbreviation of the International Electrotechnical Commission’s Electrotechnical Product Conformity Testing and Certificaiton Organization.

Under normal circumstances, the UL 9540 certification lead time is 14~17 weeks (including BMS functional safety assessment).
Sample requirements (the following information is for reference only, and further evaluation and confirmation are required according to specific project):
Energy storage system: about 7 (for a large energy storage system, considering the cost of the sample, it is allowed to test the same sample in multiple tests,
so in this case, at least 1 battery system and 3 battery modules are required, as well as an appropriate amount of fuses and Relays);
Cells: 6 (UL 1642 certificate required) or 26;
BMS management systems: About 4;
Inverter: 2~3 (if any)
